Ancona, Italy - Mission Trip

Are you ready for a unique cultural challenge? CCV is happy to partner with a disciple making movement in Italy. Their goal is to engage people and families with the Gospel and make life-long learners who desire to follow Christ.

Our team has been invited to join them for a week doing very intentional connections in the community to help set them up for long term success.  If you've got that special ability of being able to talk to anyone, anywhere, anytime, engage them in friendly conversation, share your story, listen to their story, and share Christ with them, then you might be perfect for this trip!

Who can go?
This is a great trip option for someone looking for a challenge and who is willing to be out of their comfort zone. Participants must be 18 years or older,  spiritually mature, and in good physical health (you will walk up to 10+ miles per day on uneven surfaces)

Requirements must be completed by 
Failure to commit to these requirements means CCV has the right to ask you not to participate in the trip. 

  • Passport must be valid and in hand today . Cannot expire before April 2025. 
  • Complete a full CCV background check.
  • Attend CCV's Starting Point class (if you haven't already been)
  • Attend all pre-trip preparation meetings -  TBD,  your trip leaders will inform you of all meeting dates and times. 


Trip Cost: $2700
        Included in this fee: Round trip Airfare from Phoenix to Ancona, Italy, Train ticket from Ancona to Rome, Accommodations (Ancona & Rome), Daily Breakfast (in Ancona & Rome), One team dinner in Rome, and Transportation while in country.  medical insurance, luggage fees, and pre-trip materials.

        Not included: Passport fees, vaccinations, meals and any personal spending money during travel and souvenirs.

$250 deposit per person is non-refundable at the time of registration. If a cancellation is made after airline tickets have been purchased you will be responsible for the cost of the ticket.

Final Balance is due by September 30, 2024.

Notes:

This registration process will take about 10-20 minutes to fill out. Please allow enough time to complete the whole process which will include requiring current passport information and medical insurance information.

A $500 deposit non-refundable per person is required with this registration.

**Please be advised: It is CCV policy that a Volunteer application and Background Screening must be passed by every participant on this trip, age 16 and older. If you have any reason to believe you may not pass, please hold off on registering and placing your non-refundable deposit.

Terms and Conditions: By registering for this trip and paying the non-refundable deposit at this time, you are also committed to joining the team, attending the required team meetings, and paying the remainder of the cost of the trip before the trip's departure date. Failure to comply with these terms, completing the volunteer application process or attending Starting Point class gives CCV the freedom to ask you to not participate in the trip.

The trip leader reserves the right to ask any participant to not participate if they feel the integrity of the trip is in jeopardy.

If the trip participant backs out of the trip after airline tickets have been purchased in their name, they will still owe CCV for the cost of that ticket.

If a participant is asked to end their trip early, they will travel home at their own cost.
